All Health institutions to be equipped with world class equipments: Health Minister

All the health institutions throughout the state will soon be equipped with world-class diagnostic equipments. This was stated by the Health Minister Dr. (Col.) Dhani Ram Shandil while presiding over 5th Board meeting of Himachal Pradesh Medical Services Corporation Limited, here today.

He reiterated the government's dedication to providing timely and quality healthcare services to the public. He assured that advanced, high-tech diagnostic machines would be procured to significantly improve health services in the State.

During the meeting, the Health Minister directed officials to expedite the purchasing process for the necessary machinery and equipment required by various health institutions of the state.

He also commended the Corporation for its transparent and efficient procurement of quality medicines including equipment and medical consumables which has been instrumental in strengthening the state's healthcare infrastructure.

Managing Director of the Corporation Divyanshu Singal conducted the proceedings of the meeting.

Secretary Health M. Sudha Devi, Special Secretary Finance Vijay Wardhan, Director Medical Education Dr. Rakesh Sharma, Director Health Services Dr. Gopal Beri attended the meeting.
