Annual GPF Account Statements 2016-17 available online for DDOs

             Deputy Accountant General (Funds), Accountant General (A&E) Himachal Pradesh Shri Dhruv Bhola informed here today that annual GPF Account Statements for the year, 2016-17of H.P. Government Employees have since been hosted on the H.P. Government Website www.himkosh.nic.in to the respective Drawing & Disbursing Officers in the State by distribution amongst the subscribers working under them instead of handing over personally.

He said that the Drawing Disbursing Officers (DDOs) need to follow the procedure for downloading the GPF statement in bulk. They need to open the H.P. Govt. Website, then click on Himkosh Link, then click on GPF Statement link. This link will open the page of website of Accountant General. Then they need to click on the information for DDOs link. Thereafter they need to fill the column Treasury Code, DDOs Code and Password. Then they need to login and go to the link of Download Employees Annual GPF Statement.

He said that DDOs are advised to change this password for security purpose at their own level. He said that subscribers can obtain their Annual GPF Account Statements from the respective DDOs and examine it thoroughly for their satisfaction. He said subscribers should confirm that the balances shown therein are correct and in case of any discrepancy they can point it out to the office of the Accountant General (A&E) Himachal Pradesh, Shimla online in complaint/Suggestion box or through E-mail at agaehimachalpradesh@cag.gov.in or by making correspondence. Full particulars of such missing credits/debits may be sent to the Accountant General (A&E) Himachal Pradesh, Shimla duly certified by their DDOs by the end of September, 2017. The subscribers can also see their Annual GPF Statements on the website at www.aghp.cag.gov.in.
